Breaking: Court Orders DSS to Free Ifeanyi Ubah Unconditionally



The Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi has ordered the DSS to set Dr Ifeanyi Ubah free without conditions within 48 hours. The court further explained that the DSS has no right to detain Dr Ubah on a pending civil case with the NNPC. The court also opined that the DSS is not responsible for debt recovery and should desist from intimidating Ifeanyi Ubah.
